一：包装要求： Packing note:1) 外箱不能有任何损毁情形，且四面需有清楚标示麦头资料。
No damage on carton is allowed. Clear shipping marks are required on 4 sides of cartons.
纸箱需用胶带以王型封住，避免箱内物品外漏
Review the carton condition, tape, and bar code label. Carton flaps need to be securely taped.
纸箱要干净，不能有油污、水印或灰尘。
Cartons should be clean with no dirt, smears, etc.
贴标及胶带不能遮住纸箱上之印刷
Labels and tape cannot cover carton graphics.
纸箱盖起来后，中间的缝隙不能超过0.125”。
Full flaps should have a gap of no more than 0.125” where they meet.
2) 外箱贴纸，贴于纸箱之四面，成对角形贴，内容如下：（Major）
For the product carton, the following label should be placed on opposite corners so that it is visible on all four sides of the carton. The content of the label will be as follows:
标签上的日期date code 及序列号需同椅子上的一致，每张椅子的序列号都不同，
The date code and serial number on label needs to match those on carton.
抽样扫瞄UPC 条形码及序列号条形码是否可以扫瞄，且和UPC 号码及及序列号号码吻合。（Major）
Need random inspection to make sure UPC barcode and serial number barcode can be scanned and match UPC number and serial number.
左侧条形码为UPC号，右侧条形码为序列号。
Left barcode is UPC, right barcode is serial number.
3）包装方式及顺序：
1）布椅坐背垫胶袋里要放干燥剂。上面要有不可食用警告：(Major)
Need to place drying agents in PE bags for fabric chair. There are must be note “Throw away, Do not eat” on the bags.
2）箱内需置放组立说明书及机构操作说明书于坐或背垫塑料套中，且内容无误，同放入袋中。(Major)
Check the assembly instruction sheet and the control instruction sheet for mistakes. These sheets should then be placed with seat or back assembly in a PE bag.
3) 所有零件需有完善包装保护并整齐放置于箱中且须保持清洁度。(Minor)
All components must be packaged to prevent damage in shipment. All components shall be clean when place/packed out into the carton.
4) 底盘需用纸板或珍珠绵等材质之包装保护，以避免碰伤其它配件或在座背垫上造成压痕。(Minor)
The control must be wrapped with cardboard and/or a foam sheet to prevent indentations on other components.
5) 要求使用五层卡板纸，宽度3“（对半折叠，每边各1.5“），作为加强防护置放于箱内的各个对角。(Minor)
Add corner protection, using double wall cardboard with 3” width (each side 1.5”) to put on the two diagonal corners of carton to reinforce the packing strength.
座垫下警告标。The warning label under the seat cushion.
1）组装后，所有座垫底下的贴纸及标签不能被扶手或底盘遮盖。(Major)
After assembly, all labels and stickers under the seat cushion must be visible and should not be covered.
2） 座垫底下需贴通过加州CAL 117条款之防火标签及L/R贴纸以及加拿大法律标。(Major)
For CAL 117 label, it should be stapled under the seat cushion. The other labels, such as the L/R sticker for the arm placements, the warning label. And the Canadian law label shall be stapled also.
3）座垫底下需贴警告标签(需以订书针订住) 。(Major)
The warning label should be stapled under the seat cushion.
4） 座垫底下需以贴纸标明"Front"加箭头，且以另一张或同一张贴纸载明以下内容。（Major）
Each seat cushion should have a sticker to identify the “Front” as well as an identification label to include the following content.
标签上的日期date code 及序列号需同纸箱上的一致，
The date code and serial number on label needs to match those on carton.

二：部件功能/外观检验
Functional & appearance inspection of Parts
1) 座背垫检查 Upholstery
坐垫螺丝钻孔位置正确。（Critical）
The location of the boring hole should be correct.
布面不可有褪色、掉色情形。（Critical）
Discoloration of the leather is unacceptable.
布面不可有撕裂、破裂情形。(Major)
Cuts or tears out are unacceptable on the leather surface of the back/seat cushion.
车缝不能歪斜或线头外露。(Major)
No crooked and expose of the end of a thread is allowed.
布椅不能有异味。(Major)
Peculiar odor is not allowed.
坐/背垫边缘应平整。(Minor)
Edges of the back/seat cushion should be trimmed well.
座背垫上的布不能有灰尘、油渍或其它瑕疵。(Minor)
No dirt or grease or other defects on the plastic or fabric.
座/背垫的皱折需均匀及对衬。(Minor)
No excessive gathers and wrinkles. Upholstery must be symmetrical.
2) 椅轮 Caster
脚轮为5个50MM骆驼轮子。
There are five 50mm casters.
轮子规格数量正确，且需转动自如。（Critical）
Casters and quantity needs to be correct and move freely.
脚轮无破裂或断裂。（Critical）
Cracks and breakages on casters are unacceptable.
脚轮上金属轴应与尼龙轮牢固结合。（Critical）
The metal stem/sockets in casters should be firmly secured to casters.
组装在椅脚上的脚轮，以5磅的力量拉时，不能有掉落现象。且脚轮的铁杆角度需正确。（Critical）
Caster retention force is greater than 5 pounds and caster sockets are at the proper angle.
表面不可有油污残留。（Minor）
Grease，water spots，cleansers or mold release agent residues on chair base is unacceptable。
3)椅脚 Base
椅脚为尼龙椅脚(P/N: D280)。（Critical）。
The nylon base model is correct.
表面必须良好，无杂质、沥点等，表面亮度及光泽均匀。(Major)
The nylon chair base should be even bright, no impurities or dips on the surface。
4) 气压棒：
升降需顺畅(KGS gas lift- 行程12公分)。（Critical）
The gas left should move smoothly and the travel range is 12cm.
气压棒必需可自由上下（压住开关时）且不能有噪音。（Critical）
Cylinders must function up and down with a smooth motion and without noise.
三节杯不能破损。(Major)
Telescope should be free from any defect, breakages or cracks are unacceptable.
5）底盘 Control:
规格(RP-10402四方气动底盘)及功能需正确：详见底盘功能说明书。(Critical)
Seat plate should operate normally. Please refer to control instruction.
以可撕式贴纸标明”Front”加箭头。(Minor)
Also, a sticker identifies “Front” on the seat control.
底盘功能正常，无噪声发生。(Critical)
The seat control should operate normally， no noise occurs.
底盘上的倾仰调节把手需能正常以手转动调整倾斜松紧程度。（Critical）
Tilt tension knob should be able to adjust the tension easily by hand.
底盘之塑料把手不能脱落，在拉力小于20磅时。调节把手不可破裂。(Critical)
All knobs and paddles are securely attached. Paddles needs to withstand at least 20LBS pull force before it falls out from rod. Breakages or cracks of knob are unacceptable.
倾仰之松紧度需调适中(Minor)，且旋钮之塑料壳需固定住，不能脱落。(Major)
The tension knob is set at the mid-point and is staked so knob will not come off.
底盘不可有生锈、掉漆、污迹、划伤或压痕。(Minor)
Control must be free of rust, discoloring, scratches or indentations.
机构转动轴心须加固体润滑油。(Minor)
Tension mechanism and central pivot bolt must be lubricated.
三：组装检验：
Assembly inspection:
组装孔位需正确。 Size of mounting holes are correct and in the correct positions.
组装用五金包 hardware
1）产品尺寸检验：
product size inspection: (Major)
椅脚的五只爪都要平衡在同一水平面上。（Major）
All five base arms are leveled.
气压棒组装在椅脚上后，气压棒距离地面之空隙至少要1/2英吋。(Critical)
Clearance is greater than ½” b广告een floor and standpipe.
气压棒组装在椅脚上后，不能有摇晃现象。(Major)
Zero wobbles b广告een the standpipe and the base.
摇晃度：在椅子坐垫上（若无扶手）或扶手上放置25磅之重量，摇晃程度不能大于1.4度。(Critical)
Maximum allowable wobble when cylinder is fully extended is 1.4 degrees. This will be measured by placing a 25 pound weight on the arm. If armless, it will be placed on the seat.
需比对签核之确认样与实际出货样有无不同之处。(Major)
Compare inspection unit versus signed off master sample.
