高纯烧结莫来石基合成料High purity sintered mullite based clinker
采用优质高岭土、高纯工业氧化铝、特定矿化剂等为起始物料，经湿法工艺均化后高温烧制。产品具有杂质含量低、耐火度高、致密度高、热震稳定性好、导热率低等特点。可广泛用于钢铁、水泥、陶瓷、玻璃、电力、机械、化工等行业用铝硅质耐火材料。
Using high grade Kaolin, industrial alumina and specific mineralizer as starting materials, a series of mullite based clinkers were made by wet process homogenization and sintering at high temperature. They are featured by low impurity level, high refractoriness, high thermal shock resistance and low thermal conductivity. They can wisely be used in Al2O3-SiO2 refractories for industries of iron and steel, cement, ceramics, glass, power, mechanical, chemical, etc.
