加拿大外贸
我们公司最近想开发一种新的化工产品，最近联系了一些供应商。因为可以做我们的原材料所以，其含量多些少些倒也不是很严格。就先选了一些价格偏低的从中谈。经过一轮选择，选了河北的两家。但是经过交流才发现这两家的业务员真的太让人伤心了。先说第一个。因为平时事情太多，也知道一些业务员粗心大意，所以我总是在写邮件的时候，把需要的东西都罗列出来。并且告诉他们我们需要的是什么。比如
１,我们需要ＭＳＤＳ，和ＣＯＡ（这两个都要，不是其中一个)<因为这个货代需要帮我们查一些清关用的东西，如果不标后边那句话，我想他们总是只发其中一个>
2,因为不能试样品，所以我们想先看看照片。（因为一说照片，他们总是从网上找一些，蓝色底版，然后一个烧杯的，极不清楚的,根本说明不了任何问题）我就加了一句，请发你们的实物的照片。
３,请告知你们现在拥有的证书，如ＩＳＯ， 等。（这些虽然没用，但是有时候做注册是需要的，所以我们对一些特殊的商品还是要问一下的，不过我觉得一般的公司都会主动告诉你他有的）
４,发产品的包装规格，及标签。
还有几个吧，具体记不清了。但是却收到了以下的邮件。

貌似口气中带有一丝的挑衅。呵呵，但是我们是诚心想和他下订单。不论他怎么样，我们是冲着工厂的。还是回复吧。既然说了可以寄样品，那就要了试试吧，如果好的话别的也可以谈谈。

I'm sorry ,really .
Cause ＸＸＸＸ is liquid, it is too diffucult for air-transport. So it is impossible for samples. Forgive my fault ,cause I'm a new comer,I just know that if the buyer need ,we will send them samples,but I don't know that is the special situation,sorry for samples!
About packing: we have 25kg/bucket,200kg/bucket,1000kg/jar
Cause the packing are same for ＡＡＡ and ＢＢＢ,so I send you some pictures about that.I know you want to know the outside packing for formic acid.
Enclosed is the MSDS,picture and business licence.
还是少了吧，而且要的证书，只是营业执照。呵呵。无语。说实在的已经有点失望了。但是希望这次能把东西给全吧。
Ok, so you means you cannot send us sample. So how can you guarantee and warrantee your quality? And you have read my Email carefully （他第一封邮件就明确了）but I think there would be some misunderstanding of my meaning of the information I asked for.
1. The package information I want know is how many kinds of package do you have and how do you load them which means like: 20 Jars of 1000Kg per 20GP container etc.
2. I mentioned please give me MSDS of 2 items ( which means both the 85% and 94%) fortunately, I just received the MSDS of 85%
3. And the documents and certificate I want , are something can prove your company ability such as ISO etc.. You just send me your business licence.
4. Also please be kindly enough to give me your lowest price.
As we are working on the order, so could you be kindly enough to give me the all information?

2) the MSDS of ＡＡＡbetween 85%content and 94%content are the same except the content or specification.
3) if you don't believe us , you can request for the pre-shipment inspection.No other documents.

94% ＡＡＡ : ００００$/MT CIF ＸＸＸ
To be honest , I don't know more what you need to know . Usually , the above information is enough.
但是后来两天由于别的事情出差了，我就把这订单放了一下。可悲的是，他一直没有回复我。我想这也许他根本就不在意这个单子吧，后来我就开始了与另一家的魔鬼历程。一直到昨天我收到了一封他的邮件。真不知道，他的邮箱是怎么管理客户的。（前提是我从网上又询这个产品了，但是我感觉他们肯定是做付费Ｂ２Ｂ了，要不他们不会联系上我的）其实这封邮件，我也没注意，是刚才写这篇文章的时候，搜索才发现的。但是我觉得我是不会再联系他了。
