客人需要的是什么银行证明啊,我们卖方不是只负责货物--证明货物出了就好;买方才负责银行证明才对啊?
If you need the full payment before the shipping, it could be possible only if your company issue a bank guarantee with a first line bank for the full amount that is going to be paid with a validity of at least 30 days after shipping. In this sense, the payment of the full amount would be against the original of the bank guarantee and two (02) proforma invoices. In any event, we always require a draft of the bank guarantee for review the conditions. It is importan to recall that we are a public company and all our payments should be under guarantee. 客户应该要求的是L/G, Letter of Guarantee. 即履约保函. 作用是客户也担心货前全款给你后你不发货, 他需要一个guarantee, 就是如果卖家收到款后不履约, 就会按照所开的L/G把钱还给客户. 这个情况会涉及到lz公司在该银行的授信情况,如果授信有记录,那么可能之所需交货值的百分之几十; 反之,可能会需要全额. 具体情况可以和银行沟通下. 如果lz去开, 这里L/G上的条款很重要,请注意合理规避风险.
