加拿大进出口外贸客户讨价还价的本事竟然高到如此境界

客户说:I want to buy a wood working CNC with the new following features:
1: CE and SGS.
2: Driver and inverter TM books. (Certainly)
3: The X and Y axis rack and pinion.
4: Also Axis Y with two motors simultaneously on both sides of the device.
5: Complete dust collection system (hood, tubing, vacuum, etc.)
6: sensors and all parts in electrical panel box, made in Japan or France.

I should know:
1: Making and delivery Time
2: CIF Price
3: If I use a lower one to instead of best one , how much reduce price?
I will be say: I am a consumer. I'm not a businessman. So please minimum price.
Please answer as soon as possible.
