It is unbeliveable that the FOB charge is 4357RMB.
We just ship 2x40foot containers from Yantian,but toatl FOB charge is about 5000HKD,about 4000RMB.
It means we ship 17.4CBM is with a higher FOB charge than we ship 130CBM.
It is crazy!
And at the end of last year,we have ship about 6CBM to our USA customer,it just need 80RMB/CBM,and you charge 172RMB/CBM.
The handling charge,document charge...,each kinds of charge,you are more expensive.
Can you please kindly help to double check?

Your apoint fowarder's charge is very very high,the FOB charge is already ocuppy about 11% from the total goods' value now.
This will cause us to increase the product's price next time.

Dear Carlos, Hello.Sorry to inform that as this is our company tariff which we cannot lower. Please note that some of the local forwarders charges dirt cheap rate without cargo visibility, customer care and sometimes high destination charges as well as high ocean freight while OWL is not doing this kind of service. We are charging RMB 172.00/cbm plus excellent customer care service to customers. Kindly noted that we are not charging high but the market level only. Thanks and Regards

CATIC-RAF INTL FREIGHT appointed by xxx company.
They all work with acceptable price.
Do you think they will work without cargo visibility,with low customer service?
Do you think they will charge us lower but charge their customer higher?
Or do you think CATIC-RAF INTL FREIGHT will offer bad service to xxx company?
They are all appointed by buyer,surely will ofer good service to their customer.

This is Cliff Wu from OWL HK.First of all, we are not saying APLL or Catic-Raf not providing cargo visibility or good customer service, I think they are good in the market. We want to say we don’t know how much destination charges as well as the ocean freight that they are charging now, we just want to highlight that some of the companies here will charge high destination charges and the ocean freight in order to cover the actual local CFS charges that occurred at origin. In addition, the charges you provided from APLL are for FCL shipment which cannot compare, as we are talking about the CFS shipment. We also checked it from the market already, like APLL, UPS-SCS, Damco, EI & K+N are charging more or less the same amount as our tariff as well. Kindly noted that we are not charging high but the market level only and it is same as all vendors & customers. Your understand would be much appreciated.

I offer APL's debit note to you just to let you know that we ship 109 CBM,but just with about 4000.
And i ship 17.4cbm also with 4300.
It means i ship a 40 foot container just with about 2000RMB.
Far away compare with 17.4CBM.
No body will trust this is reasonable in market level.
We don't know how much you charge from destination port,but we know you charge a very very high price from china supplier.
This cost also will be contain in the goods.
So also means you charge a very high price from your customer.

Hi Daniel, Please be noted that you are not comparing same thing, the Debit Note you provided with APLL was the FCL shipment while we are talking about the CFS. The charge for FCL and CFS are always different, just like the unit prices when your company sold FCL and CFS are different. Regarding to the Debit Note you are attaching with OOCL, their CFS charges was higher than our tariff actually, Below comparison for your reference. Please note that OOCL is charging RMB 186.70 per cbm CFS charge which we are charging RMB 172.00 per Cbm. Thus, our CFS charges were based on market level only. OOCL:散货入仓费 (CFS): RMB 136.00 per Cbm散货码头费 (CFS THC): RMB 50.00 per Cbm港保费 (Port Security Fee): RMB 0.70 per Cbm OWL:散货入仓费 (CFS): RMB 172.00 per Cbm
