加拿大外贸
前两天收到一个非洲的询价， 说他们是非洲一家贸易公司，专营电子类产品进出口。让我报价。报价发过去后，他们直接挑了两款，各要了100pcs.让我发PI.PI发过去后他要求用支票付款，我立即回复不接受，直接受TT,如果支票，要等我提现以后才能出货。
跟以前接触过的骗子不同的是，他说可以等我提现后出货。
这样我告诉他等可以，由他用支票先付齐100%货款，我兑现后生产。但有另一个问题，就是我们的是mp3产品，内存天天变，我不能保证提现后安排生产时也是现在的价格，就跟他说一旦到时内存价格上涨，应再给我付一次款补足价差，到时用TT。所有钱收齐我才出货。
谁知道他说他可以给我寄支票时可以多寄一些钱以防内存价格上涨。
问题是谁知道内存会涨多少？应该让他多寄多少合适？他所说的支票什么时候会兑现？God knows!
不知道是不是骗子，大家帮忙分析一下。怎样做才好？

Well regarding the terms of payments , we kindly request you to accept our cheque payments , once you receive it bank it & wait for the funds to reach onto your company account after confirming it then you organise our goods for shipping .
For TT payments in our country local banks charges us bigger % which is 40% & that % is very high & to wire funds abroad we have to fisrt buy us dollar yet dollar in our counrty the rate is not steable it keep on raising & falling down
So accept our cheque payments you first receive funds & then you ship .

We accept bank transfer only, it’s faster.
If you insist check, I don’t know how long for the check collection. We have to wait to cash the check then ship you the goods. It may take more time.

There will be a problem to pay by check. Flash price is very sensitive, it’s raising crazing now, but I am not sure how much will be the time we get your down payment by check and cleared. Same as the shipping cost, the price fluctuates seasonally.
Now you should pay us 100% by check and we wait to the check collected then we arrange production, so you can reduce your banking cost. If the flash price raise when we purchase flash for your products, you should balance us the price difference by TT then.

For the price of flash to keep on changing we will send a cheque and during the time of delivery u will inform us the prices will be available during that period .
So we will send u a cheque with extra money in case the prices will be up.
Therefore send us the payee name and address of yr company to enable us send u cheque payments.

1） 按照我的知觉，应该不是骗子， - 无论如何，坚持一个原则，收到全部货款才发货就可以了；
2） 内存会涨多少？ - 这个问题比较难答复，或者叫客人先多付10%过来，看看客人是否同意了；

个人对支票收讫不大了解，感觉楼主把支票收讫时可能存在的猫腻弄清楚，然后坚持款到发货应该就没问题了

具体咨询了银行支票体现事宜，大家也可以参考，银行光票托收手续费要千分之一，最低50RMB,最高250RMB,另外收邮电费（不知道什么）最高150rmb,总费用最高400。费用跟TT差不多。光票托收要20~30天时间，托收完毕后要转定期一个月才能提现。
保守估计拿到现金要2个月。
我觉得不管是客人来自哪里，如果坚持拿到现金再出货应该没多大问题。
楼上也不要太绝对，非洲我觉得也有客户（虽然我以前没遇到过，希望这个是，姑且相信一下），要不中非贸易额从哪里来？
做生意还是小心为妙，但不要戴有色眼镜。

我了解到的是这种支票是可以索回的，即使你已经拿出钱来了，老外还是可以在一年内无条件要求银行付回，
