上个月走了一票货到美国；客户最近回复货物在海关被扣了。客户发来的邮件中称，这票玩具，铅超标，CPSC会测试。
客户邮件如下：
Attached is a CPSC Notice of Sampling and Detention for three items from this shipment. Please forward to the importer and request from the importer test records and children’s product certificates for these items. If the importer is unable to provide these, please state this in your response back to me. Lastly please provide the name, email, and phone number of your point of contact for this importer.
The items noted in the attachment are being detained because they contain excessive levels of lead. CPSC has a 60-day detention authority, during which time the items detained will undergo testing at a CPSC lab to confirm our initial field screening. A member of our Compliance team at HQ will be in touch with the importer to discuss the disposition of these items and the ultimate outcome of this matter. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
