还有这个保险条例怎么解释：
6- insurance policy in 1 original 1 copy issuedto the order of'turkiye vakiflar bankasi t.a.o.-istanbul,turkey' for min. 110 pct. of cif value.in conformity with the terms institute cargoclauses(a) (all risks),institute war clauses,strike (cargo),riots and civil commotion clauses from warehouse to warehouse andcover all risks in customs place house at the place ofdestination for a period of 60 days as per institute cargo clauses(a) and without any exclusion of these clauses, evidencingclaim payablein turkey, ithout any franchise or excess (deductible) and marked 'premium paid'.name and phone/fax no ofclaims settling agent in turkey must be indicated.

1）不可凭保留追索权或者凭保函承兑信用证。承兑信用证类型下，被指定银行的付款是没有追索权的， 所以被指定银行是不能在单据有不符点的情况下，还承兑信用证的。所以这是废话条款。
2）这是对保险单的要求：
被保险人：to the order of'turkiye vakiflar bankasi t.a.o.-istanbul,turkey
保险金额：CIF价格的110%
承保条件：institute cargoclauses(a) (all risks),institute war clauses,strike (cargo),riots and civil commotion clauses from warehouse to warehouse andcover all risks in customs place house at the place ofdestination for a period of 60 days as per institute cargo clauses(a) and without any exclusion of these clauses
赔付地： payable in turkey
注明不计免赔without any franchise or excess (deductible) , 注明 premium paid，注明土耳其的堪培代理。
