Please be informed that by an assignment (the "Assignment") made between us and Cathay United Bank Company, Limited, Hong Kong Branch (the "Security Agent"), as security agent for the Finance Parties as referred to in the Assignment, we have assigned absolutely to the Security Agent all our present and future rights, title and interest in and to the subject matter of this sale contract including all moneys (if any) now due or in future paid or interest or payable there under.
