此信用证项下付款是由受益人通过标有信用证：L/C0802120109 和参考号：0802120109的即期汇票在中国议付。（ad reference no是什么号？ ）
2） SIGNED INVOICES IN ONE ORIGINAL AND FIVE COPIES CERTIFYING MERCHADISE TO BE OF CHINA ORGIN.LCA FORM NO.IFICB/ID-……H.S.Code(…..) MUST APPEAR ON THE INVOICES. INVOICE MUST SHOW DETAILS DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AFTER MENTIONED IN THE PROFORMA INVOICE.
签字发票，一份原件，五份复印件，并标明货物原厂地为中国，LCA FORM NO. IFICB/ID-………. (这个要显示LCA FORM NO是什么号？后面的点点应该写什么？信用证上是点点)，HS 编码，必须显示在发票上，发票上必须按照形式发票上显示货物的描述。
3） Full set original shipped on board clean ocean bill of lading showing freight prepaid drawn or
Endorsed to the order of IFICB Limited.Gulshan branch. Dhaka. Bangaldesh and notifying applicant and issue bank.
全套正本海运提单，显示运费预付，收货人：to the order of IFICB Limited, Gulshan branch, Dhaka, Bangaldesh, 或者背书给 to the order of IFICB Limited, Gulshan branch, Dhaka, Bangaldesh. 并且通知申请人和开证行。
4） Certificate of origin issued by concerned chamber of commerce of exporting country certifying that the merchandise are of china origin must accompany the shipping documents for negotiation.
由出口国商会出具的原产地证明书，证明货物来自中国
5） Country of origin should be clearly mentioned on each packing of goods and beneficiary’s compliance certificate to this effect must accompany the original documents.
每个货物的外包装上都需要明确的注明原产中国，并出具一个受益人证明证实此操作，证明随附正本文件上交。
（是不是说每个包装外面都要贴上“made in China”.那个证明怎么出？自己写，自己盖章？）
6) Signed packing list required in duplicate.
签字箱单两份。
7) Details signed weight and measurement list in 4 (four) copies must accompany the original documents.
签字的详细货物重量及尺寸清单，4份复印件，需要随附正本文件上交。
（这个不就是箱单吗？还是重新要做什么？）
8） Insurance covered locally and particulars of shipment to be advice direct to northern general insurance co.ltd mohakhali branch,(2nd floor) H-4,International airport road,Dhaka-1212,Bangladesh. Tel….Fax…. To us and to the applicant quoting cover note no. NGIC/MKB/MC-0222/06/2012 Dated 10.062012 within three working days after shipment a copy of such advice should accompany the documents.
保险由当地承担，详细的发运情况必须在开船后3个工作日内直接通知northern general insurance co.ltd mohakhali branch,(2nd floor) H-4,International airport road,Dhaka-1212,Bangladesh和我们以及受益人，提及预约保险单号NGIC/MKB/MC-0222/06/2012 Dated 10.062012. 此装船通知的副本需要随正本文件上交。
(locally,有没有点模糊？要不要改成Buyer? To us,是指银行吗？就是说发货后，三天内通知客人，银行以及保险公司就行了吗？是发货后还是装船后？)
9） Packing to be standard seaworthy export packing and a certificate to that effect should accompany with the original documents.
包装需要达到出口海运标准，并出具证明证实这一做了，证明随附正本文件。
（我们出口的是机械，东西一般是裸装，用膜裹一下就行了，这个证明要怎么证明啊？）
10）Beneficiary must certify that shipment has not been effected by an ISRAELI FLAG VESSEL or Port and a certificate to this effect must accompany the shipping documents.
受益人需要证明发运不能用有以色列旗帜的货船或停靠港口，并出具证明，证明随附正本文件。
(这个让货代找船公司要就行了吧？)
11）One complete set of non-negotiable shipment documents along with detail packing list must sent direct to us and applicant by any courier service within 5 working days from the date of shipment.
开船后五个工作日之内，所有不可议付单证以及详细的装箱单必须直接通过快递寄给我们和申请人。
（这一条说的不可议付装运单据，是指什么？为什么要直接交给申请人？!!!!）
12) Importer’s name, address, must either be printed or written in the biggest package. Un-removable ink on not less than 2 percent of the largest package/cover/wooden box/other packages on the biggest package of the shipment and a compliance certificate to this effect must accompany the original shipping documents.
进口商的名字，地址必须用不可擦除的墨汁印在或者写在外包装上，或者写在至少2%的外包装上。出具证明，并随附正本转运文件。
（裸装的东西怎么写？我们的东西都是塑料薄膜的东西裹一下。这个证明怎么出？自己写个，盖个章就可以了？）
13） Shipment must be made in regular liner vessel and a certificate to this effect must accompany
the documents.
必须以规则航班装运，对此结果的证明书必须随付单据议付。

14）A satisfactory credit report issued by beneficiary’s bank as to the means standing financial position and market reputation of the beneficiary is required. This credit must send to the L/C issuing bank before shipment of the goods and a copy of which accompany with original documents for negotiation.
需要提供一份由受益人银行开具资信证明，以说明企业的财务状况和市场信誉。此证明需要在装运前寄给开证行，复印件随正本文件上交。
（这个资信证明很多人都说不要，客人之前说他们开信用证要这个，他们银行已经向我们银行要了。这个是要找银行做的吗？）
附加条款
1.WE HEREBY ENGAGE WITH DRAWERS AND/OR BONAFIDE HOLDERS THAT DRAF DAWN AND NEGOTIATED IN CONFORMITY WITH TERMS OF THIS CREDIT WILL BEDULY HONOURED ON PRESENTATION。
我们承诺汇票的出票人和/或持票人将在单证相符的情况下得到议付。
（这个是说我们只要交的单证相符，就可以议付了吗？）
2. Negotiating bank must dispatch the original shipping documents to IFIC bank LTD.,Gulshan branch, R.M.Centre, (1 set floor), 101 gulshan avenue, Dhaka, Bangladesh by internationally reputed courier service within three days of negotiation.
议付行必须议付后三天内通过国际快递公司寄出所有正本装运文件给IFIC bank LTD.,Gulshan branch, R.M.Centre, (1 set floor), 101 gulshan avenue, Dhaka, Bangladesh
3. Notwithstanding anything contrary to the above we shall deduct an amount of USD50.00 being our handling charge against drawing of each set of discrepancy documents under the above noted L/C and negotiating bank is requested to deduct such charges from their bill forwarding schedule.
如果出现任何上述不符点，我们将根据以上信用证中提到的，每套不符点的资料，一个不符点扣除USD50美金作为操作费。议付行会代为扣除这些费用。
4. Freight forwarder, short form, stale, charter party and 3rd part bill of lading not acceptable.

5. Beneficiary must certify on invoice that quantity, quality, rate, packing, marking, and all other details of goods are in accordance with proforma invoice.
受益人发票上的数量，质量，等级，包装，唛头以及其他货物的细节描述都必须和形式发票一致。
6. Documents under the L/C must not be dated prior to LC issue date.
所有L/C项下的文件日期不能早于信用证日期。
7.TIN No 0037-202 must appear on the invoice.
TIN No.0037必须显示在发票上（这个号事什么号？他们的税号？）
8. Our documentary credit number ILC0802120109 and ad reference number 0802120102 must be quoted in all documents.
所有文件上都必须显示信用证号和AD参考号（ad reference number是什么号？）
9．Period for presentation
Documents must be presented within 21 days from shipping document date and within the validity of the L/C

首先觉得楼主对Signed的理解不对。Signed不是签字的意思，而是盖章，条形章+手签章

跟货代说一下，货代会提供有船公司盖章的空白纸给你，你自己写好打印就行
