The Saskatoon Blades renew ties with the Prince Albert Raiders on Saturday night at Credit Union Centre. The game will be the first home game of the season for Saskatoon, three nights after falling in Prince Albert by a score of 6-2 in both team’s first exhibition games of the season.As an extra treat for the fans, this game will be FREE of charge. No cost and no assigned seating. As another perk for our supporters, the Saskatoon Blades are hosting a garage sale which kicks off prior to puck drop.All kinds of merchandise will be up for sale including shirts, collectibles and jerseys. Items will be priced to go so make sure you head down early and check out what’s up for sale. That kicks off on the Credit Union Concourse at 6 pm.Following that is the main attraction, the hockey game. It was a young lineup on the ice for the Blades in the first game and the same is expected in this home matchup as players continue to try and earn a spot on the big club! Several veterans are expected to dress including Lukas Sutter and Ryan Olsen, who had a pair of points and a great penalty shot goal in the first game.All of these things make for a great night ahead so head down to CUC and enjoy some Saskatoon Blades hockey, on the house!
