潜水半年看了一些家园的兄弟姐妹申请SINP 亲属类的移民信息 结合自己了解的情况 说一些自己的看法 希望有料的同行们补充1 总体过程分为四个步骤 1>递交申请资料到SK省或者北京，香港使馆.这个过程是开始，递交到哪里 应该没有太大的差别吧 如有 还请知道的兄弟姐妹补充 2>等待省移民的提名信 这个过程预计要1-1年半的时间。萨省移民局开始办理你的移民申请会给一个省移民的编号 以SK开头 加几位数字 SKXXXXX 这个时间是整个流程最长的 从论坛上看到的情况 有的用了1年 有的用了1年半这时候你就等待吧 希望你的材料不会被刷回来如果你的材料不全 这个阶段应该予以补充 3>等待省移民局将你的材料递交联邦 萨省审查好你的材料后 会将你的材料 递交联邦 并且要求交纳申请费用 这时候也可以补充材料 如果顺利 会发给你一个FN号码 以B开头 Bxxxxxxxxxx 如果有了FN 恭喜你 你已经成功一半了 因为在联邦被刷下来的可能性要小很多了 除非你的材料作假 而且有了FN 可以上联邦的网站去查询进度了 不再像以前那样盲目的等待了这个过程大概4-8个月 不过我在论坛上看到有人在HK 递交2个月不到 不知他是否是萨省的我本人还处于这个阶段中 4>最后的阶段 体检通知 背景调查 体检 直到DM到手这个阶段没有大的意外的话 应该没有太大问题了 6个月-1年左右2 总体的办理时间 从递交表格开始算 到DM收到 预计总共的时间2-3年，随着SINP申请的人越来越多 是否整个过程会变得更加漫长 不得而知 虽然萨省政府要加快进度 可是我看的是越来越慢了 两年前 我知道的情况是13-16个月整体进程就可以完成了 现在恐怕至少两年据我了解的内幕情况 整个审理萨省SINP的人员不超过十个 每人每天审查的档案是个位数 这种工作效率 整体流程怎么可能加快呢3 对英语的要求 申请SINP并不强制要求雅思或者托福的分数 有的人什么都没考 只有国内大学英语四级的证明照样可以通过 英语水平只是衡量个人适应能力的一个方面 不是最重要的因素 其他方面好的话 英语的要求可以降低当然有雅思或者托福成绩更好啦4 对职业的要求227新法出台后 38类职业成为很多移友的痛SINP应该不受38类职业的制约 至少官网上的要求条件没有更改但是作为大环境而言 在审查的时候 不在38类之内的申请可能会受到一定程度的影响最后希望自己的FN尽快到手

Identity and Civil Status DocumentsYou need to provide the following documents to confirm your identity and civil status:• Birth Certificates that list both parents for:o you (the principal applicant);o your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); ando each dependant child whether accompanying you to Canada or not (ifapplicable).If you are married or widowed you must include:• Marriage certificate;• Death certificate of former spouse (if applicable).If you are in a common-law relationship you must include:• IMM 5409 Declaration of Common-Law Union (if in a common-law relationshipof 1year or more);• Proof of at least one year of common law relationship(Examples of proof include: statements or letters from a bank or financial instituteshowing a joint bank, trust, credit union, or charge card account; copy of signedjoint lease or mortgage; copy of jointly owned property other than your residence;copy of bills or receipts made to both of you; copy of life insurance naming theother partner as the beneficiary etc).If you or your spouse is divorced you must include:• Final divorce documents for all divorces;• Custody and child support documents (if applicable).14If you have dependent children, you must include the following documents that apply toyour situation:• Adoption papers;• Proof of continuous full-time studies for all dependent children aged 22 or older(e.g. letter(s) from the school(s) signed by a school official confirming continuedenrollment since before turning 22 years of age).If you have dependent children, accompanying or not, and the child’s other parent is notaccompanying you to Canada you must include:• A letter from the other parent stating that they are aware of your intention toimmigrate to Canada (with or without the child/children) and that there are nooutstanding custody or child support issues; or• Proof of custody for the child/children under the age of majority and proof thatyou have legal authority to remove the child/children from your home country (ifapplicable).2. PassportsThe expiry date on passports should be two years or more from the date of your SINPapplication. You will need to include photocopies of pages in your passport that show thepassport number, date of issue and expiry date, photo, name, date, and place of birth for:• yourself (the principal applicant);• your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and• all dependant children accompanying you to Canada (if applicable).If you live in a country that is different than your nationality, please include a photocopyof your visa for the country in which you currently live.3. Education/Training CredentialsYou must submit documents to verify your education. This can be one of the following:• education/trade certificates, degrees or diplomas;• professional designations, professional licenses and/or professional associationmemberships; and• official transcripts showing school(s) attended or courses taken.154. Work Experience CredentialsYou must submit a letter (or letters) of reference from previous employers or other proofof employment to prove that you have at least one year of work experience in your fieldof study and/or training. Letters of reference must be written on the company’s officialletterhead and signed by an authorized representative of the company who is identified byname and title. Each letter should indicate the following:• your job position and the start and end dates of employment;• your main duties/responsibilities; and• the number of hours you worked each week if the position was not full-time.• The contact information of your supervisor or manager to assist SaskatchewanImmigration in verifying your former employment.5. Regulatory or Licensing Credentials (if applicable)If you intend to work in an occupation that requires licensing or certification inSaskatchewan, you must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatoryassociation before applying to verify that you will be able to meet licensing orcertification requirements. Before nomination, the SINP will contact the appropriateregulatory body to ensure it has no objections to SINP nomination.If you intend to work in a medical profession that requires licensing or certification, youmust apply under the SINP Health Professions Category.For information on regulated and non-regulated occupations in Saskatchewan andCanada, contact the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials or ServiceCanada’s (SC) Work Destinations.6. Offer of Permanent Employment from a SaskatchewanEmployer or Proof of Transferable Settlement FundsIf you have an offer of full-time, permanent employment, you must include a letter fromyour Saskatchewan employer, addressed to you, indicating:• job duties and responsibilities;• the salary you will receive;• the benefits provided by the employer; and• company contact information.All positions must offer wages and working conditions that match Canadianstandards in that occupation.If you do not have an offer of permanent employment from a Saskatchewan employer,16you must intend to find work in Saskatchewan and prove that you have enough money tolive in the province for a short time after you arrive ($10,000 for you and $2,000 for eachadditional accompanying family member). You need to provide proof of the requiredfunds only, not of all your financial assets.17Proof of settlement funds can come from one or a combination of the following:• Letters from financial institutions that show the balance and history of youraccount for the last three months; and/or• Bank account statements that show you have access to transferable, liquid fundsand assets that have been available for three months. Funds can be yours, yourspouse’s, your supporting family members, or a combination of sources.7. Language CredentialsIf your first language is not English, you must prove your English language ability withone of the following:• SINP 500-8 Affidavit of English Language Abilityo If you have a job offer from a Saskatchewan employer, they mustcomplete this form to verify that you have the language skills necessary todo the job;• Education/training documents that demonstrate you have attended educationinstitutions where the language of instruction was English and show the length ofthe program;• Language testing results that equal a score of six or greater on the InternationalEnglish Language Testing System (IELTS);• Certificates of English Language training with a letter that shows the length of theprogram; and/or• Employment references with English as the principal language of communication.8. Police Report(s) (if applicable)If you or any dependent over the age of 18 have committed an offence or have beenconvicted of a crime, you must provide a photocopy of a police report from the countryor countries where the offense(s) occurred and your current country of residence. Inaddition to the police report, submit any proof of rehabilitation, if applicable.9. Proof of Family Member(s) Living in Saskatchewan as aCanadian Citizen or Permanent ResidentThe SINP must be able to trace your relationship to your supporting family memberliving in Saskatchewan through official documentation. This can be one or acombination of the following:• photocopies of birth certificates or passports showing the names of commonfamily members;• marriage certificates showing the names of common family members; or• a government issued family registry.You may require several documents to prove your family relationship to a currentSaskatchewan resident (e.g. if your Supporting Family Member is your first cousin). Inthese circumstances, please provide a letter or family tree, in addition to officialdocumentation (birth certificates, etc.), that clearly outlines the relationship between youand your supporting family member in Saskatchewan.10. Supporting Family Member DocumentsYou need to provide proof of your relationship to family members living inSaskatchewan. In addition, you must provide photocopies of the following from yoursupporting family member in Saskatchewan:• Canadian permanent resident card, Canadian citizenship card, or Canadianpassport;• Proof that they have lived in Saskatchewan for the past year (e.g. SaskatchewanHealth card, Saskatchewan Driver’s license, etc.); and• Proof that they have been self-supporting (e.g. statement of income fromemployer, tax returns, etc.).
