今天下午 National Energy Board 终于发布了关于Enbridge Northern Gateway Project的评估报告，报告的网址如下：http://gatewaypanel.review-examen.gc.ca/clf-nsi/dcmnt/rcmndtnsrprt/rcmndtnsrprt-eng.html 在第六章的建议中提到推荐批准该项目: We recommend approval of the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project, subject to the 209 conditions set out in Volume 2 of our report. We have concluded that the project would be in the public interest. We find that the project's potential benefits for Canada and Canadians outweigh the potential burdens and risks. 但无论如何，最终决定权仍在联邦政府手中，将会在90天内作出正式决定。
