If your a parent of elementary school aged children, give yourself a pat on the back, before congratulating the kids!The annual Fraser Institute's report on Alberta Elementary Schools states that schools in this city continue to lead the pack in terms of academic performance. Two Calgary schools get top honours with perfect scores of 10. Clear Water and Webber academies are both private elementaries.Although the highest marks are split between Calgary and Edmonton, schools here came in highest overall.
