我在国内,最近,与一个法国人做一点小生意,钱额不大,鸥元结算,她提出要用paypal的方式支付我, paypal我没接触,更没使用过,这个方式安全吗?是不是我提现金会很麻烦,会有欺诈吗?在过程中我应该注意什么呢? 好心人帮我....谢我站在巨人的肩上啊....
