最近在填写表格，有些没看懂。希望大家能提供些信息。谢谢！ Indicate your father’s and your mother’s full names in respect of the attribution of the Quebec Permanent Code. The information needed to create and confirm the permanent code will be submitted to the ministère de l’Éducation under an agreement authorized by the Commission d’accès à l’information. "in respect of the attribution of the Quebec Permanent Code." 特别是这句没看懂！ 我和我的爸妈都在中国，没有“the Quebec Permanent Code”。请问：那这一栏“father’s and your mother’s full names ”需要填写吗？ 谢谢！

回复: 关于 "the Quebec Permanent Code”，求助大家！这是表格中要填的信息：Father’s full name maximum 40 charactersGiven name maximum 25 charactersMother’s full maiden name maximum 40 charactersGiven name maximum 25 characters______________________________________________________PERMANENT ADDRESS (optional)______________________________________________________填表的guide的说明是这样的：“Indicate your father’s and your mother’s full names in respect of the attribution of the Quebec Permanent Code."不是让填“Permanent Code”，对不起可能是我没表示清楚。我想知道那这要不要填“父母的名字”呢?
