孩子刚出生，今天收到一封政府来信，来自regie des rentes ， 说我们有资格拿到refundable tax credit for child assistance. 有几个问题请教大家：1， 信中要我们填个表格statement of foreign income. 表中指明不用填已经向revenu quebec 报过的收入。那刚登陆后新移民填的退税的收入要填吗？2， 我们是06年八月登陆的，06年的税已经报过了。按表的说明，是否应填05年1月到12月的收入和06年1月到7月的收入？ 表中的说明如下：we need to know your income outside canada: A the year of your arrival in quebec B the year before your arrival in quebec.
