2008年俺从安省搬到魁省，并在魁省找了一个会计报2008年税收，今年俺查看那年的报税才发现那个会计没有给俺申报CRA Line 438 － Tax Transfer for Residents of Quebec （对应QC的Line454，最高可申报Income Tax的45％，害的俺那年还得补税）。发现后于是从CRA网上申请Re－assessment，结果上周收到CRA的回信如下，俺也查看了QC的154（2），并没有发现如CRA描述的那样，于是决定填写T400A进行抗辩。请教有没有类似经验的同学及税务专家。谢谢啦！We have reviewed your request to adjust your return that you submitted through the Internet. Weare unable to process your request for adjustment for the following reasons(s):We cannot adjust the amount of the transfer of tax that was withheld on behalf of Quebec, because this transfer is only made upon initial assessment of the tax return.Under Paragraph 154(2) of the "Income Tax Act",the Departmant may make a payment pertainingto the transfer of tax withheld to the Quebec Government following instructions and prescribedprocedures .These instructions and prescribed procedures are such that the transfer must be processed only at the initial assessing stage.We trust this information will clarify the matter.We have masked the first six digits of your social insurance number(SIN) on our letter in line withour information security measures.If we are returning documents that you sent us,or sending you information, your SIN may appear on those attachments.
