加拿大华人论坛 加拿大生活信息请教在Winners买的东西，收据丢了，还能去退贷吗

前几天在Winners买的很多东西，当时结账时收银人员还帮我刷了一个可以延期退贷的卡，目前其中一样东西感觉不太好，想退掉，但发现小票找不到了，但当时刷的那个可以延期的卡在，请问这种情况可以退吗？谢谢

Probably, if not, you can exchange it. You can use the card to to ask them get a duplicate receipt. maybe, they won't refund the funds, but you can exchange it to other stuff.
