想买一个蓝牙小音箱, 店里品种很少但网上很多。音箱这东西最好能试听, 店里买的至少能退货, 但在网上买, 万一不喜欢想退货, 肯定要付运费吧? 大概多少? 怎么退法? 能自己退回店里吗? 谁有这方面的经验? 另外, 有其他可以有较多选择的卖家也帮忙推荐一下, 谢谢

If you do not have your eCommerce packing slip and/or email confirmation, you will need to provide your name, email address, and/or order number, so the store can verify the order information with Customer Service.2.Return online purchases by mail.If you would like to return an item purchased on Walmart.ca by mail, please call Customer Service at 1-800-328-0402. We will email you a returns shipping label (with instructions) that you can print out and stick to the box. Please pack your item carefully, along with all original packing materials, accessories, and the original packing slip and/or email confirmation. Once the item has been received back to Walmart, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and will appear on your account within two billing cycles.Usually, you can drop the item in the mail at any Canada Post mailbox. Larger items will be eligible for a “call tag”, which means someone will come to your house to pick up the item. In this case, you’ll need to schedule a pick up time with the carrier. And one more thing — if you choose to return your purchase by mail, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
