我08，09年在EDMONTON读了600小时的LINC和一年的ESL。回国后总不用英语，有些生疏了，3月底要回加拿大，这次去多伦多。不知道我这样的情况是否还可以再读LINC，因为阿省的政策是读了ESL后，就不能回头再读LINC了，安省这边也有这样的政策吗？ 有了解的政策的能说一下吗？多谢了！

To be eligible for the LINC program, you must Be a permanent resident of Canada, or Convention Refugee, or be a person in Canada whose application for Permanent Resident status is being processed in Canada and who has been informed by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada of the initial approval of your application subject to an admissibility assessment (this means you have approval-in-principle); Be of legal school-leaving age within your province or territory (in Ontario, age 18); and Take a language assessment test at a Language Assessment Centre, to figure out which level is right for you. You are not eligible for LINC if you are a:Canadian citizen Refugee claimant Temporary resident (such as foreign student, foreign worker or visitor)
