◎＃￥％￥……※×※（（）（ 好好的会计作业就被一个地方卡住了，不上不下！隔壁还在开PARTY!!! 被一个手掌般大小的FINANCE 计算器气死了，说明书也不管用，明明按照步骤了，还得不出结果。。。。。。。 ◎＃＃％％￥※％×％￥（※）×※）……％￥ isueed $200,000 of 5%,10 yrs payable with semi-annual interest payment. At date of issue the market rate is 7%, Repayment of the bonds pricipal is at the end of 10yrs, the company uses the effective interest rate. 如果有人知道如何用FINANCE计算器记出PV，告诉我。。。我无限感激！！！！！！！！！！！！！

At date of issue the market rate is 7%, Repayment of the bonds pricipal is at the end of 10yrs, the company uses the effective interest rate. 如果有人知道如何用FINANCE计算器记出PV，告诉我。。。我无限感激！！！！！！！！！！！！！点击展开...Depends on the make of financial calculator you have, if it is BA II+, this is the way to get PV: FV = 200,000 (enter 200,000 then press FV button) N = 20 (= 10yrs * 2) (enter 20 then press N button) I = 3.5 (=7% / 2) (enter 3.5 then press I button) PMT = 5,000 (= $200,000 * 5% / 2) (enter 5,000 then press PMT button) Finally, hit CACL button then PV button, you'll get it on the screen Prorcedure would be similar for any brand of Financial Calculator, you'll find your own way to get PV, good luck
