I just bought a house and there are some rooms for renting. Location: North York of Toronto, close to Finch and Victoria Park. Convenient to bus ( 10 min by walk) school ( 3 min by walk) and Chinese Supermarket ( the owner can drive you to the supermarket regularly). Easy area to find the job too. When: the basement is available at the end of October, the second level will be available at the end of November. first level +Basement: 2 bedrooms and one living room, with own kitchen and washroom, separate entrance, including hydro, washing, cable ,parking and simple furnitures. 2 adult- $750/mth. 2 adult + one kid $780 the second level: 2 bedrooms and one living room, with own kitchen and washroom, separate entrance, including hydro, washing, cable ,parking and simple furnitures. Can be 3 bedrooms but then without living room. 2 adult- $800/mth. 2 adult + one kid $830. 3 adult: $850
