糊涂了，之前记得是3年，怎么今天查了一下说是2年就可以了呢?还有，是每个5年都要住够2年吗？在短登后第一个5年的最后3年或者2年去加拿大，会有什么问题吗？会不让入境吗？ 多谢 （1） A permanent resident must comply with a residency obligation with respect to every five-year period. （2） The following provisions govern the residency obligation under subsection （1）: （a） a permanent resident complies with the residency obligation with respect to a five-year period if, on each of a total of at least 730 days in that five-year period, they are （i） physically present in Canada, （ii） outside Canada accompanying a Canadian citizen who is their spouse or common-law partner or, in the case of a child, their parent, （iii） outside Canada employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business or in the federal public administration or the public service of a province, （iv） outside Canada accompanying a permanent resident who is their spouse or common-law partner or, in the case of a child, their parent and who is employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business or in the federal public administration or the public service of a province, or （v） referred to in regulations providing for other means of compliance;

回复: 关于移民监：是5年住够两年还是3年？这个问题总被反复问起，本人的亲历是只要在枫叶卡有效期内都可入境，顶多是在过关时被警告而已。移民监是指保留移民身份，即始终持有有效期内的枫叶卡，卡有效期是5年，到期换卡的要求就是从申请换卡日往前推5年内，必须满足累计住满2年。
