Today I answered and a lady informed me that she was with TD Canada Trust and that my student account was under review and needed to be verified. I felt a little uncomfortable so I told her I didn't have time and to call back later. I then called TD directly and they informed me that there were no notes on file and that my account didn't need to be verified until September. The support staff said it sounded a little odd to him, and that the only people that can verify an account is staff in a branch, in person, not over the phone. Sounds like a fraud to me!!!
