回复: Urgent: Where to renew my Chinese passport?The earliest I've heard was at 5:30, the latest I've seen was 10：00. I would go around 8:30, so don't have to wait outside for long time. The door will be opened at 9:00. You should be able to get a number. However, if you want to finish earlier, go there as early as possible.

我若不勇敢，谁替我坚强！回复: Urgent: Where to renew my Chinese passport?I just did for my daughter last week. we got there around 12am,we we left at 12:30 (including parking underground).so easy.you can check the web first and download the form. copy your old passport and PR (both side) card.three pictures .very easy. don't need to go there early. the early you go ,the long time you have to wait.
