在加拿大
我用的是SHAW的电视和网络捆绑服务，开始时用高速网络，SHAW服务人员称用至少一个月高速可送MODEM，并每月减５元。一个月后本人将高速转为低速。用了将近一年了，SHAW本月突然称不能减５元，说当时服务人员回答错误。其实这期间，SHAW的低速网格费用曾提高３元，人家要提，咱也没法。 而此次，SHAW只说当初服务人员回答是错的，很报歉，SHAW没有和你签合同，你有权选择别的公司。TMD，气得我大吵一架。 余怒未消啊，请知道的人说说，SHAW当时的那种计划，到底有没有每月减５元啊？还有，除SAHW之外，还有没有别的网络和电视捆绑在一起的服务公司？

The penalty of $400 is for signing 2 years of contract with telus just for an OUT-OF-DATE AND VERY SLOW AND LOOKS SILLY AND THICK DESKTOP!
