没有目击证人。。。伤的不厉害 大约10cm表层油漆被蹭掉 没有坑除了自认倒霉 还能如何？ 新车不到一个月。。。。

it depand on how bad you want you car get fixed. if you don't really care, then ignore it. bumper is plastic and won't rust. no such big a deal.if you love you car, call icbc, and tell them what happened. this is a typical hit and run. you will need to pay $300 or more, depands on your insurance package, icbc will pay the rest of it. The good news is this is not your fault, and it won't effect your premiums at all. So, make sure you go to the best collision shop in town.
