Some Chinese small carpet cleaning companies are not reliable, such as: 忠配??清?... They said they will arrive at 7:30pm, and they didn't show up at all. When you call them back after waiting for a few hours, they said you've given them a wrong contact number (which we have been using for more than 10 years ?!) The second time we tried to contact them, they just turn off the cell phone.
