之前在美国邮购，加拿大海关通过fedex收了关税，现在要把东西退回商家，海关的钱可以要回来吗？怎么个退法？东西退回去是否必须也要用fedex?

I love to be loved by u.回复: 海关退税如果这个东西要重新回加拿大，退回去的时候在文档上注明是RMA，回来时可以不用再交关税，但是可能会产生报关费。顺便问下楼主，如果从美国邮购，海关的关税和GST,PST是怎么收的？是你签收的时候要交快递公司现金吗？
