Sales AssistantResponsibilities:1. Perform clerical duties - answer/transfer phone calls, reply to emails, etc..2. Take and edit product pictures for advertising purpose.3. Web-store maintenance - update product information, pictures, price, inventory, etc..4. Process orders received through email, telephone and web-stores.5. Pick up items from warehouse, pack and ship orders occationally.6. Post-sales services - assist customers with exchange or return requests.7. Contact customers to get payments on time.Requirements:1. Fluent in English.2. Good customer service manner.3. Basic knowledge of photograghy and photo editing.4. Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of VBA is preferred.5. E-Commerce experience is an asset.6. Mechanical knowledge is an asset.7. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Warehouse AssistantResponsibilities:1. Dispatch orders - pick up items from warehouse, pack and ship orders.2. Perform quality inspection when sending or receiving products.3. Prepare waybills for UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or other couriers.4. Prepare shipping documents such as packing list, commercial invoice and address label.5. Provide shipping quote or shipment status when requested.6. Unpack and sort products when shipments arrive.7. Warehouse maintenance – keep warehouse tidy and clean.Requirements:1. Fluent in English.2. Must be able to handle 30kgs boxes.3. Good computer skills.4. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.5.
