今天工作结束，一直心里不舒服。原因是早上工作的是，我分配任务，告诉那个partner， hurry up. 他觉得我push他，向supervisor告状，说我rude，还用手指指向我，我说，pay attention your finger, this is rude!. 这厮竟然说，i can say anything, this is Canada, not in China. .... Rude is normal in China. 我当时警告他这是discrimination。 心里很不舒服，想把他T走，大家有什么建议和看法？

回复: 大家建议如何对待工作中的歧视问题貌似这里的潜规则是：1，如果说 would you please ... 意思是请务必。。。2，如果说 Can I suggest that .. 意思是你是错的，请按照我的办3，如果说 If you can finish before ... would be great 意思是必须在xxx之前完成请以此类推，工作中从来没有听到过“一定”“必须”等词汇，建议楼主多观察周围同事的用词和语气。

回复: 大家建议如何对待工作中的歧视问题hurry up. 不能说一次我等一个测试结果，等得两三天很烦，没有这个结果我无法做下一步工作，打算发邮件催同事，老大过来说不要催，说了同样的一句话，this is canada，就算当时我用很委婉的语气催促同事，估计得到的结果也是一样，还可能被排挤。每天下午三点，大家都去打桌球，foosball，我只能同流合污了。

回复: 大家建议如何对待工作中的歧视问题Well, Sounds reasonable. I gotta hold my fire. Frankly, I dislike this guy who has too many complaint to everybody, of coz his co-worker, me. Nobody here likes him, but no choice becoz boss doesn't wanna take action. What can I do? Just give him daily duty, watch him done well and ignore his fuckin behavior. Tonight, I gave up to one thing initially, but changed my mind later, told him we need do this job today. He said: I confused. I explained, nothing is confused, I change my mind and wanna this job done tonight. Can you.......? then this guy got flushing on his face and said too many job, I am confuse, You abuse me by power, blabla.....holly shooot,,,,,,, This is really fuckin struggle work, just becoz of this guy....

回复: 大家建议如何对待工作中的歧视问题让别人去得罪人，自己做好人是很多人的策略，LZ的老板嘴上说着和稀泥的话，难道不知谁对谁错吗？ 这种人那都有，只是多与少的比较。除了与老板和人事多沟通，还有别的办法吗？同情LZ。
