Position Title: Accounts Payable AssociateTerm: Full Time RegularDepartment: AccountingLocation: Mississauga, ONApplication Deadline: Wednesday, May 5 Position Overview: The successful candidate will ensure that operating expense and brokerage invoices are authorized properly, coded correctly and consistent with the budget. This position also requires ensuring that employee reimbursement payments are made on time. Responsibilities: Process operating expense and brokerage invoices as received including verifying approval, updating PR system, making payments, and reconciling with vendors.Verify proper authorization of expense claim and input employee expense claim to JDE and PR system monthly; answer questions about claim and payment processing statusConduct payment voucher match; distribute cheque to employees monthlyPrint AR, AP aging report and assist Accountant to prepare sales analysis reports at beginning of month; prepare POS report Skills and Experience Required: Accounting/Business College/University graduate2-3 years of Accounting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDetail oriented and organizedCapable of working under minimal supervisionAble to handle pressure and meet deadlinesTeam player How to Apply: Email [email protected] with “Accounts Payable” in the subject field.
