Dear friends, I am a postdoc now at Canada. I plan to immigrate to this country after ending postdoc period. My major is electrochemistry and I have published several papers in international journals. I wondered if it is difficult for me to find a research associate position in Unersity of Canada? This kind of job is a permenant position? Please give me some advices and comments, especially from those have similar backgrouds with me. Thanks in advance. I am sorry I can not type Chinese since no Chinese input installed in the computer of the office.

回复: Is it difficult to find a research associate position in Unersity of Canada?Try it, then tell us about the process and result. I am earning my ph.D in US... You can ask for advices from senior faculty and your boss, tell them frankly about your plan, they will help you. Every postdoc want to be faculty, so you need not hide your plan from them.
