Full time position Location: Burnaby A busy embroidery shop is looking for a customer service representative to handle embroidery clients and process orders. Shop is close to skytrain station and work hours are regular daytime hours. Previous knowledge with machine embroidery or experience in promotional industry is preferred but not necessary. You will be trained on the job but technical knowledge is required in order to fulfill the job duty. Duties include the following: - talk to clients and understand their basics and needs, provide guidance and suggestions to clients - process orders that are sent by clients and communicate with production team to finish orders - follow up on all orders and make sure order deadlines are me - deal with complaints and order problems - report to management on problems and solutions Successful applicant must present the following: - execellent inter-personal communication skills - very detail oriented and careful in handling all aspects of orders - be punctual - able to work under stress and extreme deadlines - stable - team player - comfortable working in industrial settings Salary is dependant on qualifications, experience and performance. 3 month probation.
