You will interpret pre-existing or new marketing material and present the information effectively in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese). Your experience as a designer will be an asset while creating new materials or updating current collateral. Day to day activities: Translations and designResponsibilities: Working across several key stakeholder groups including those in Broadband Networks, Home Solutions, and Marketing Communication, expected outcomes will include: • Converting concepts in English to equivalent concepts in Traditional Chinese • Speaking, reading, and writing fluently in English and Traditional Chinese • Designing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign • Developing, designing, updating or creating new marketing material • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts Required Skills & Abilities: • Self-starter with proven organization and time-management skills • Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign • Strong relationship building ability and pre-existing network (internal and external) • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines Required Professional Designation/Certification: • Post-secondary degree in language and design Required Experience: • Minimum 3 years translation services and marketing experience
