最近低利息。想从HELOC取些钱出来买Index Fund, 根据加拿大税法，从loan里拿钱买 产生dividend的投资， loan的利息是可以抵税的。 请注意一定要是 产生dividend的投资才能抵税。。我的理解是，如果我取出的钱全买 特斯拉了， 付的loan interest是不可以抵税的。因为 特斯拉不付Dividend. 有没有园友实操过的? 我不想折腾买个股，就想整1到2只基金... 比如啥 RBC U.S. Dividend Fund, 或者 RBC Canadian Dividend Fund... 一定要做到利息抵税，谢谢大家
