请教书香门第,如下表述,有些学校停止transfer 了，对于要去的新移民，如果找到学区内的房子，有影响吗？Secondary Schools Closed to TransfersEach year the York Region District School Board staff work collaboratively to balance student enrolment and accommodation needs in an effort to ensure that students living in a school attendance area can attend their local secondary school without overflowing to other schools. Those accepted on transfer into courses and/or programs outside their home school attendance area need to be accommodated without displacing or limiting opportunity for students who live locally. To this end, this letter is to inform you of the status of new student transfer requests into secondary schools for September 2012. The following list of schools is provided to assist students in their course selection and pathways choices: A. The following schools will not be accepting new grade 9-12 student transfer requests into their regular program for the 2012-2013 school year: CEC Central: Bayview Secondary School, Richmond Green Secondary School, Richmond Hill High School
