手机很久没收过短信了,今天忽然~.your rogers account 523...shows a past due amount of $79.51,please make a payment.confirmation not required. 没有收到正式单据,我该马上交吗?如果等收到正式单据再交会罚款吗?请有经验的TZ指点.谢谢!
