1)安省G2驾照搭乘Carpool(收费性质),是否合法?2)如果carpool过程中万一出事故,保险公司是否理赔在申请保险之时未声明将用于收费性质的carpool的相关保险?

1) G2的限制里面没有“不准carpool”这条2) Ontario Automobile Policy 规定：Except for certain Accident Benefits coverage, there is no coverage under this policy if the automobile is used as a taxicab, bus, a sightseeing conveyance or to carry paying passengers. However, we don't consider the following as situations involving carrying paying passengers:* ......* sharing the cost of an occasional trip with others in the automobile个人认为carpool属于“sharing the cost of an occasional trip with others in the automobile”的性质，所以保险公司应该理赔打个电话问问保险公司就知道了
