我看到一个2004 CIVIC LX，162000KM，卖家回消息说“The front rotors should be changed because it creates a little vibration when you put on the brakes. I had it checked at the dealer and it costs around 250$ to change. ”这个rotors是什么，有知道的吗？换一对要$250＋13%税，贵吗？这个车开了，性能不错，外观内饰也好，裸车价格$7200，怎么样？知道、了解的说一声，谢谢。
