BMW Canada announced today that online orders for the first two versions of the all-new i4 are officially open, with pricing for the i4 eDrive40 models starting at $54,990. It and the nearly $20,000-more-expensive i4 M50 (starting at $72,990) are available for pre-order as of today at BMW.ca, where you can also spec out the cars using the Canadian vehicle configurator.

The i4 eDrive40 is rear-wheel-drive EV with a power output of 335 horsepower and an estimated full-charge range up to 475 kilometres. The all-wheel-drive i4 M50, the first EV to wear the coveted M badge, boasts 536 ponies and an estimated range of 385 km.
