加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民退费的IMM 5741表格在哪里有下载或有人给我一份吗

加国政策变动，移民计划被废止，最近收到一封邮件要我退费，要到http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5741E.pdf去填IMM 5741表格，但是始终就是这样的提示：Please wait...
