The show of Olympic opening ceremony is a reflection of the reality of Chinese social problems. My impression of the show is it has a gorgeous outside but unreflecting inside. There are too many bewildering technologies used in the show, but the director lacks the ability to control these modernized facilities to serve the purpose of the show. Perhaps he doesn't know what is the purpose of the show at all, he just does it for merely keeping his good salary. This ceremoney is not a pageant by which a village emperor celebrates his son's birthday or marries his daughter to someone. It is organized and directed by the topmost ranked Chinese artists and elites so it is supposed to be a representation by a thoughtful, innovative and creative way not a fickle but dull way. This raises a question: by which way can our country have a splendid future with keeping thoes dimwitted guys sticking on top rank of our system and leting them continuingly oppressing other low ranked intellectuals who have more talent of ingenuity and creativity? Up till now, I can't see any gleam of light by such way which can lead China to get any kind of success without being WalMart's cheap labour force. It's really disturbing.

点击展开...What I got from the openning ceremony is, someone put a ruby on a shabby shoe，surrounded by piles of shit， shinny maybe, but stinky. Maybe the whole nation is just a big pile of shit, if you have nose and eyes, you can hardly enjoy anything here, that's why many people want to leave this contry, as I supposed. I wish I can leave this contry in peace before it getting bloody. I believe many people has a limit to stand in shit.评论
回复: 从奥运开幕式看中国的现状和未来In my opinion, the opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympic games was nothing but a political stunt, far from what you have been attaching herald significance upon.Instead of the tremendous pressure and avaricious explorations imposed by senior political elites a.k.a dictators, the inequality of system mainly derives from the ambiguous definition of public and private property rights, which might be leading to endless opportunities of renting for so-called local authorities at different levels.With regard to the quality of performances of ceremony, if permitted by politicians, Mr. Zhang would have been able to launch the most fantastic one throughout the entire history of Olympic opening ceremony. Nonetheless, why? Do not forget Brits, it is probably an unwise decision to put our strategic alliance-Britain in trouble while hosting next opening ceremony in 2012 in London. Hence, be humble.

Their comments are as simple as one word "spectacular"...点击展开...If you had ever seen a wedding ceremony of our rich peasants or village emperors, which usually has a luxurious banquet for whole villagers and seats of honour for noble guests such as village emperors from other villages and the county government, you would only have one word "spectacular" to comment it, especially if you had ever had false impression from those dishonest medias which always tell you that all of our peasants live in needy condition. But to hold such "spectacular" stunt can not make these village emperors any more respect from those decent people, not for they lack money to show off, but for they lack noble tastes of arts and cultivation in their show-off.评论
