回复: 6月房价及成交量情况，怎么没人公布？There were 2,433 new high rise sales in May 2011. That's the best sales total for the month of May ever. That means 4 of the 5 months in 2011 had their best monthly total ever. The only miss was March 2011 as it was only the 2nd best March on record, behind March 2010 by some 530 sales. May 2011 high rise sales were down 26% from April, and up 50% from the same month a year earlier.Remaining inventory at the end of May 2011 was 14,168 units. Basically flat from the previous month and down 1.4% from May 2010 and still well below the previous peaks of late 2010 and late 2008.High rise new home pricing across the GTA was up about 1.5% from April to May for both Apartments and Lofts but Stacked Townhouses saw a decline of almost 6% due to fluctuations in the limited amount of supply.As at the end of May 2011, available apartment condos were had an average asking price of $578/sf up 9.3% from May 2010. Likewise, condo loft units are currently priced at $509/sf up 3.2% from last year. And stacked townhouse units were up 26% over the last year - due, in part, to the varied nature and small number of projects on the market at any given time.
