我实在有点搞不明白如何填I864..我本人是填864 form帮我太太的,可是我收入不足够,所以找我爸爸填I864A.可是我几天前收到黄色信,我发现我好像填错了,我想问一下,1:到底谁是house hold member?我还是我爸2: 在问题第13, "the sponsor"是写我名字还是我爸爸的阿字?

You and your father have to fill in and submit two separate I-864. Because your father is not your family member, he is not qualify to use i-864A, another word, you can't add your income with your father's together to meet INS income requirement. you both income should count and meet INS income requirement individual.Good luck.
