Thanks to his comprehension and flexibility, he quickly familiarized himself with new tasks and found practicable solutions. Mr. XX war an employee able to shoulder burdens and whose capabilities convinced us, even under changing requirements.
He was distinguished by his economic and methodical manner of working and always adapted quickly and flexibly to changed situation. Moreover, he had a fully satisfactory work ethic. Due to his good problem solving skills he achieved consistently good results.
