We are currently seeking applicants for the following position located in Saint John, New Brunswick:Customer Support Analyst (Customer Service Center)The Customer Service Desk acts as the initial point of contact and resolution for a broad range of internal IT issues within the J.D. Irving Limited group of companies. The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for problem determination, call logging, issue resolution, and escalation in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Aspects of this will include working with both internal partners and businesses to determine customer requirements around EAI, generation of technical specifications, development of code, development and processing of test scenarios, and acting as a coach/mentor to guide other group members in EAI best practices.Education Requirements Knowledge & Skills:This position will appeal to an integration professional with 8-10 years of experience. This experience will be coupled with a university degree preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.
