We are seeking motivated, dedicated, service oriented person to join our team as office coordinator for a long-term contract position. Adaptability and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment is must have qualities.

Salary: 38,000 ~ 43,000

College graduation
Office experience (preferred)
Solid skill of social media (preferred)
Skill and Abilities:
- Polite and friendly demeanor
- Quick with task and always accurate
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in-writing in English
- Ability to work independently And as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Excellent knowledge of social media promotion
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, InDesign)
Duties:
- Book of the service appointment for a client based on clients history;
- Sending out welcome emails and assisting clients with initial inquiry;
- Answer and triage all incoming calls with a pleasant, accommodating and professional demeanor;
- Quickly coordinate with team members to arrange the onsite service;
- Handling complaint calls and solve the problems independently;
- Solving daily on-site service issues with client and on-site staff.
